	What sizes does CyberTouch offer single-touch monitors in? 6.4” up to 55”

	Does touch screen need to be calibrated? Yes; the first time being connected.

	How do I calibrate the touch screen? Download drivers and plug-in the USB connector.

	What happens if I plug in the USB connector before installing the driver? Touch-kit installation will fail and you need to go through the recovery procedure.

	How is the recovery done? Go to “downloads” and click the icon for recovery from a failed touch-kit installation.

	Is there a way to remove the mouse icon? Yes. Right-click on the touch icon at the lower right part of the screen (also known as notifications area) and on the display button.

	Put the icon up? Yes. Right-click on the touch icon at the lower right part of the screen (also known as notifications area) and on the display button.

	How do I turn the beeping sound off? Right-click on the touch icon in the notification area and deselect the undesired beep setting.

	Is there a keyboard function on the screen itself? Yes. Use accessory.

	Is it USB or serial? One or the other.

	Is the screen weather proof? Not unless specified.

	My screen has bubbles on it. If touch screen shows excessive pillowing of a more than 0.25“ depression contact factory.

	What technology do you use? Resistive Technology – 8-wire analog

	What is the resolution? Resolution of the touch screen is 2048x2048

	Under what temperatures can the touch screen function? The touch screen will meet the monitors operating temperatures.

	Does the touch screen have a computer built inside of it? An add-on computer, Mac mini is available.

	What can I use to clean the touch screen? Spray Windex or similar on a optical grade cotton towel. Never spray directly on to a touch screen monitor.

	Does touch screen activate with a gloved-hand or long nail? Yes.

	How hard do I press to activate the touch screen? A light touch is all is needed.

	How is the durability of the touch screen? They have been tested and passed 36 million actuation of the same location.

	How do you right click? Press and hold finger on the screen and an icon will appear.

	What Operating System do you support? Mac, Windows, Linux.

	Where are CyberTouch screens manufactured? Newbury Park, CA.

	Can I use multiple touch screen monitors with one computer? Yes. As long as the computer has as many video cards – you will have the option of extended or cloned desktop.

	Does the touch screen work concurrently with mouse and keyboard? Yes.

	Can I use the touch screen monitor in landscape mode? Yes.

	How long of a USB extension can I use before the need for an extender? 12 feet.

	Is your touch screen single touch or multi-touch? We have both.

	What sizes does CyberTouch offer multi-touch monitors? 32”, 42”, 52” & 65”

	How do I know a monitor has a touch screen on it? Look on the back; there should be a Cybertouch Logo, Serial number and date-code.
